Bollywood stars Rani Mukherji and Salman Khan may be vying for the audience attention as both of their releases Dil Bole Hadippa and Wanted clash at the box office tomorrow, but the actress is determined not to let that come between their friendship.

Rani, who is returning to the big screen after a gap of one year, has been on a whirlwind tour along with co-star Shahid Kapur promoting their film in Toronto, London, Mumbai and Delhi. Her last release Thoda Pyar Thoda Magic in 2008 starring Saif Ali Khan had tanked at the box-office.

However Rani's friendship with Salman seems to be above all as the actress has asked her loyal fans to go ahead and watch Wanted. "I would request all my fans to please go and see Wanted. Salman is such a dear friend and we both are excited about each other's film and eager to watch them soon," Rani said on the sidelines of her film's promotional event at Big Cinemas Odeon here last evening.While Rani-Shahid starrer Dil Bole Hadippa is a out-an-out "Bollywood masala" film, Salman's Wanted, which also marks the direction debut of ace choreographer Prabhudeva is an action flick.

The actress said that she is sure that there is audience for both the films and hopefully the movies will be well received by the viewers. "It is a festive season when people are looking forward to go out with family and have some fun. I am sure both of our films will have their loyal audience. I hope they both are liked by them," Rani added.

The actress plays the role of a cricket enthusiast village belle, who disguises herself into a man to play in a cricket team. Shahid plays the role of NRI, who comes to India to revive his father's cricket team. The film has been directed by Anurag Singh.

"It is actually the labour of our love and we all had a fun time shooting it. I hope that people will enjoy the film, which is an out and out entertainer," she said.
