Randeep Hooda to play a gigolo?

Actor Randeep Hooda, who has been flying high after his critically acclaimed performance in Tigmanshu Dhulia’s Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster, has landed another important yet quirky role in his next film. The actor is apparently playing the role of a gigolo in director Satish Kaushik’s next.

Reportedly, Randeep had previously confessed to having tried his hand at being a male escort. Now it looks like that his real life experience will soon come in handy. In 2010, in a candid confession he  reportedly had revealed that he once tried becoming a gigolo, but due to the agent’s quirky demand he decided to leave for good. Now he will play a gigolo on the big screen.
A source tells us, “Yes, Satish is signing Randeep for the role of a gigolo in his next film. Randeep’s character will be one of the lead characters and not a side role. The character will try to be as real as possible, taking references from real life escorts.”

Not only does Randeep has his task cut out, it seems that Satish is also thinking of pairing actor Mahie Gill opposite him. “Satish wants to cash in on the on-screen jodi after their critically acclaimed performance in Sahib Biwi Aur Gangster. So he is really thinking of getting Mahie on board  for his film. They both are powerful actors and their on-screen chemistry is a tried and tested one, which worked really well at the box-office,” adds the source.
But whether the two will come together again and share intimate scenes like they did in their previous film, is a thing that we have to wait and watch.
