Rajkumar Hirani writes screenplay of protege's debut film

Director Rajesh Mhapuskar's maiden project Ferrari Ki Sawaari, which will go on floors in February next year, boasts the combined talent of Rajkumar Hirani and Abhijat Joshi, who are writing the screenplay and dialogues of the Sharman Joshi starrer.

This will be Vidhu Vinod Chopra's next production after the hugely successful 3 Idiots.

Rajesh was Hirani's associate director on 3 Idiots and later Hirani dedicated all his time to the script of Ferrari Ki Sawaari as he decided to write the screenplay of his protege's maiden venture, sources said.

Vidhu Vinod Chopra too has put his directorial venture on the back burner, while he is closely working with Pritam, to get just the right kind of music, for Ferrari Ki Sawaari.

Sources said Raju, Vinod and Abhijat are working hard to make sure, Ferrari Ki Sawaari is one of the best films the audiences will get to see in 2011.

fter much speculation, it has been revealed that Sharman Joshi has been taken on board as the lead hero for the project.

According to sources, the film which is currently in the pre-production stage is said to have one of the best outline scripts, and therefore there is considerable excitement and buzz surrounding the film.
