Priyanka Chopra going global!

While many Bollywood actors are planning to come up with their fashion line, reliable sources in Tinseltown are hinting that actor Priyanka Chopra might pip them all and give them a run for their money.

The bombshell, known for her sense of individualistic fashion, has apparently been approached by a heavyweight international label to join hands with them to come up with an exclusive line and even a perfume range named on her.

“Last year, Priyanka became the only Indian actor to have been invited by the Ferragamo fashion family ever, which only goes to show how the West looks at her as a fashion icon. She has some fantastic brands in her kitty that has bolstered her brand image too and last year she was the number one brand endorser in Bollywood and her movies are doing well.

All these factors are only working to her advantage as she is looked at as a very reliable brand worth teaming up with. Not just one international brand, many have actually approached her but all will remain hush-hush before any deal goes through,” reveals an informer.

When contacted, Priyanka was tight-lipped about the development neither admitting nor denying the gossip. “It is not the right time to talk about this. I’m concentrating on my TV reality show and films currently and we can talk about them,” she says.

However, the actor was more forthcoming to talk about hosting Khatron Ke Khiladi on Colors that will see her witness several good looking men fight it out among themselves to win the
ultimate glory.

“It’s great to have so many boys around me. I’m guessing, I will be a distraction but it will be fun as they will go through extreme challenges for which they have to focus single-mindedly. I know some of them and the others I will be interacting with for the first time. I’m looking forward to actually doing the stunts. Some of them are very risky and you don’t even do those in movies. So, I will have to be extra careful. I am confident that I can nail them,” she says, excitedly.

Meanwhile, Priyanka has also launched her official website. “It is highly interactive as I want to communicate with my fans and know about their views. I did not look through any other actor’s website because I had a fair idea about what I wanted to do. I knew that no one would have things that I had thought for the site,” the sassy babe shoots.
