No time for the headache called love: Mugdha Godse

Actor Mugdha Godse has had a fairly successful innings in Bollywood till now. Her last three releases, Fashion, All The Best and Jail were well appreciated and the model-turned-actor is now excited about her new film, a horror flick, in which she stars opposite Bobby Deol. Tell her that there is hardly any buzz about her new movie and she quips, “We’ve all been working very hard on it. May be the hype is lesser compared to my previous films but the effort is the same.”

Mugdha says that she was flooded with film offers post the release of Fashion but that she decided to get selective early in her career. She reveals, “I have people give me their opinion all the time, even when not asked for, but I don’t trust anyone — it is a problem with me. I listen to everybody but use my own head at the end of the day to make decisions.”

Mugdha adds that at times her friends literally have to shout at her and tell her to take it easy and stop thinking so much. “Luckily I’m a quick learner. Even when I left Pune to get into the glamour world, I only trusted myself,” she reiterates.

Buzz is that Mugdha will soon be seen in a Telugu movie, but the actress denies this rumour clarifying that she has not signed any South project till now. “But I’m keen on doing so. My agents are looking for a lucrative project down South and if something good comes my way, I’ll surely take it up. But as of now, I’m busy with only Bollywood,” she states.

Talking about her experience on working with Bobby, Mugdha says that the actor is an extremely humble man. “Not just Bobby, I met Sunny (older brother Sunny Deol) also and he was also a very well mannered person,” says Mugdha who now wants to meet the duo’s father, veteran actor Dharmendra. “Bobby would keep telling us stories about Dharamji and now I am very keen on meeting him too,” she states.

Quiz her on her love life and the svelte actress says, “My parents keep complaining that I barely have any time for them so there’s hardly any time for the headache called love,” she ends.
