Michael Douglas's ex-wife not to get shares of his earnings

Michael Douglas' ex-wife has lost her second bid to get her share of the actor's Wall Street 2 earnings.

Diandra Douglas has claimed that she was entitled to half of the money that the Hollywood star earned for his role in Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps.

Though the movie was made 10 years after their split, she said that she should have got the cash under the pair's divorce settlement.

According to the New York Post, Manhattan court Justice Matthew Cooper said that Diandra's claims that their divorce settlement entitles her to the cash should be heard in a court in California, where the couple split in 2000, reports the Daily Mail.

The first original lawsuit was filed just weeks before Michael was diagnosed with throat cancer.
