Ashish Raheja
Age: 27 years

Vital stats: Real estate scion belonging to one of the country’s best known construction families, Ashish’s party hearty façade doesn’t take away from his ability to deliver in the boardroom. At 27, he’s managing director of K Raheja Universal and has plans to make the company a one-stop-residential shop. With a passion for the field and the vision to create ‘something’, he feels that at heart he’s less a businessman, more a creator.

Vital stats: Architect by profession, Riyhad has his own architecture and construction development business and jet-sets between his offices in Mumbai and Los Angeles. Passionate about sailing, he’s an avid polo player as well. Riyhad’s good looks allow him to walk the ramp occasionally and get a pick of the best girls in town. But ultimately, character and self-identity is what maketh the man.

Mom-in-law speak: Says Chhaya Momaya, “Riyhad has everything in a man a woman would want. He is not only good looking, but also respects people and never overplays his looks to take advantage. That’s what makes him so desirable to me.”
