They are four women friends of varying ages who have little in common except to hang together at beauty salons and place bets with one another. Till one bet becomes somewhat serious.

Welcome to the ‘fun’ world of Rekha, Mahima Chaudhary, Kim Sharma and Vasundhara Das. Rekha has been married four times and is the cynical one of the lot. Kim and Vasundhara are both married to men they love while Mahima, now 24 (honest), has vowed not to marry till she is 25. For some strange reason, this rankles the others, who bet they can get her married before that. They arrange for their choice of men, and a rather rash choice this is, to meet and fall for her.

Meanwhile, she has run into Ashmit Patel and things are progressing very well with songs being sung in foreign locales and all.

Things go wrong when Mahima discovers about the bet and mistakenly thinks that Ashmit is part of it too. All fluff and frivolous till now, the script suddenly veers off into melodrama and tear-jerker mode and completely falls flat, not that it was highly entertaining before.

Suddenly, Rekha’s story is in the limelight and it is embarrassing to see her romancing a stiff and uncomfortable Sachin Khedekar, her fourth husband. Kim Sharma and Vasundhara Das don’t fare well in the romance department either. Seemingly, all that the young ladies are capable of doing, is wearing minimal clothes and exposing maximum body, more so in the upper regions.

With so much of cleavage on display and Mahima tops at this, it’s a wonder she  remembers to act, which she does better, in any case, than the other girls (or women). Rekha hams like she was never going to do another film, Kim is all pout with shrieking voice and Vaundhara Das is neither here nor there.

As for the men in the film, they are nameless and faceless. As the title suggested, this isn’t their world. And that goes for director Amar Butala too.
