Lindsay Lohan fired from 'The Other Side'

Things are not looking up for Lindsay Lohan these days - the Mean Girls star has been thrown out of her new flick "The Other Side," even before its production began.

"Our team simply chose to move on from Lindsay and we'll soon be announcing a replacement," the New York Post quoted director David Michaels, as telling TMZ.

Lindsay is believed to have been kicked out after the movie's financers cast doubts on her bankability at the box office.

Meanwhile, the Hollywood starlet's relationship with her father has hit rock bottom as she called him a "pathological liar" on the website Twitter following his attempt to stage a intervention in her life.
 
The 23-year-old actress called Michael Lohan her "ex-dad" and denied his allegations that she is addicted to prescription drugs.
