Kris Humphries won't sue Kim Kardashian over TV show

Kris Humphries has no plans to sue Kim Kardashian over his portrayal on the show Kourtney and Kim Take New York.

A source close to the NBA player has revealed that he does not plan to sue his estranged wife over the length of his role in an upcoming show and that he still loved her and they were on ‘cordial’ terms, TMZ reported.

A report surfaced this week saying Kris was planning on filing a $10 million lawsuit against Kim, as he wasn’t sure how he would be portrayed in the show in the view of their impending divorce and also because he was given a larger role in the show than originally planned.

According to sources, although Humphries is worried that the show will make him look worse than he really is ... but he understands that he has no control over it.
