Kim Kardashian warns Bret Lockett to accept lie or face legal action

Kim Kardashian has sent a demand letter to Bret Lockett warning him to retract his allegations that he had an online and physical relationship with her, or face legal action.

The New England Patriots player has been insisting that he did have an online and physical relationship with Kardashian this year, at the same time she was dating her now-fiancé Kris Humphries.

"To put it very plainly and clearly, and as Mr. Lockett knows, there is not now, and never has been such a relationship," TMZ.com quoted Kim's lawyer, Michael Kump as saying.

"Ms. Kardashian does not know and has never even met Mr. Lockett,” he added.
