Katrina Kaif gets home cravings!

The actress, who had been missing her family ever since her return from London, has asked them to join her in Mumbai.

Katrina Kaif gets home cravings!

Actress Katrina Kaif spent over a month shooting in London for the Yash Chopra film with actor Shah Rukh Khan.

Though Katrina was regularly in touch with her family there, a source close to the actor reveals that she actually did not stay with them. She was booked into a hotel, as her house was quite far from the shooting location.

“Katrina didn’t want to inconvenience the crew by travelling which would affect her schedule, so she decided to check into the hotel near the shooting location. Also she felt it would be convenient for the cast and crew to get in touch with her in case of any last minute changes,” says the source.

But now that she’s back in the city, she’s missing home so much that she’s asked her family to fly down to be with her. Apparently, Katrina has even sent tickets to her family members. “Yes, ever since she returned from London, she’s been feeling a little home-sick. She has been talking to her family there almost every day, but she’s missing them so much that she’s asked them all to come down to Mumbai soon,” adds the source.

Though the actress will be busy shooting and doesn’t encourage her family members coming on sets, she is looking forward to returning home to them after her gruelling shoots.

“Katrina is very close to her sisters, and she had gotten used to not having them around. But after meeting them in London, she’s missing them terribly and can’t wait to see them again,” the source reveals.

Meanwhile, the actress is working extensively to look her super-fit best, as she gears up to start shooting for Dhoom 3.

The film has apparently got postponed by a few weeks to accommodate actor Aamir Khan’s shooting dates for his TV show. And according to sources, Kat is hoping to make the most of that time in hand and spend time with family.
