Jacqueline Fernandez’s animal affair

We hear a lot about B-Town celebs and their love for animals. Same is for actor Jacqueline Fernandez, whose love for animals is a known fact.  But the actor has taken it upon herself to take this love and turn it into something productive. The actor is now urging her friends in the industry to turn their affection into protection and safeguard of animals.

Jacqueline is an avid animal lover, who not only has her own pets but is associated with other welfare organisations for animals too. “She owns seven dogs, two cats, and five fish tanks back home. Apart from that Jacqueline is also associated with PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), and is an activist. She strongly supports the cause and is amongst the huge family of celebrity supporters, who helps save animals, rehabilitate them and place them into loving homes,” says a source.

According to Jacqueline, her love for animals was inseparable since childhood and this affection towards them got stronger with her active involvement in PETA. “I really miss my pets back home, but my volunteer work with the NGOs certainly helps make-up for it,” Jacqueline remarks. “Cruelty enforced on animals is unavoidable but taking an initiative to conserve and nurture them is what makes the real difference,” adds Jacqueline.
