It all ‘ad’ds up for John Abraham

It’s been almost three months since actor John Abraham launched his own production house. Though the announcements were a low-key affair, the production house has already made a successful foray into the ad world.

But while the commercials are being rolled out, sources insist that it may be a while before the actor starts producing films. Apparently, the production house is at present concentrating on making advertisements and an insider reveals that John is actually planning to have a separate division of his production house that would only cater to making commercials.

“John’s production house has already rolled out several ads, and encouraged by the positive response, John’s now planning to set up a division only to make commercials. With John’s background in advertising and management, he’s making the most of his expertise there and has been very involved in all aspects of the production house,” says an insider. However, plans to make films are not ruled out.

“Nothing is on cards yet as far as films are concerned, but it’s only a matter of time. We do get a lot of scripts, so let’s see. Films may happen by next year,” informs the source.

Apart from his production work, what’s keeping the actor maha busy are the several films in hand incuding the action thriller Force, comedies Housefull 2, Desi Boyz and another film starring actor Chitrangda Singh.

“It’s been a super hectic year for John, but he enjoys this busy pace,” adds the source.
