The actress reveals that she’s taking a break from gymming and will dance her way to fitness instead for now.

Isha Koppikar may not be that visible on the big screen but the actor is making sure that she has her hands full. Only some time back, Isha had decided to learn more about the hospitality business and even took off to do a course on the same. Now she’s gone back to her first love — dancing.

Isha is apparently a fitness freak and is always researching on new trends to do with keeping fit. So this time around the actor has decided to merge her love for dancing and fitness in the most unique way. “Isha used to hit the gym regularly but that’s changed now! She’s decided to take a break from pumping iron and has taken to activities that will keep her physically fit but don’t require her to confine herself to a gym,” reveals a source.

So Isha’s fitness regime now includes dancing, running and playing  badminton, of which the actor is apparently a tad bit partial to dancing. “She loves to dance so it’s obvious that she’s most excited about that but she gives equal attention to running and badminton too,” insists the source. Isha too confirms the change in her fitness schedule and says, “Fitness can be only achieved when one enjoys it and I think one needs to constantly refresh their workout techniques. I have been gymming for quite a while and had shifted to taekwondo as well in the past.”

But now she’s looking to change it all over again. “I’ve decided to give up on machines for a while and have instead taken to running and playing badminton apart from, of course, dancing. It’s a lot more fun when you work out in the open in fresh air. And since I love dancing this whole new workout regime is something I’m thoroughly enjoying,” she says.
