Mumbai: Looks like Hrithik Roshan is turning into a businessman. The actor was recently spotted scouting for properties in Andheri's Vira Desai road. Sources say he wants to open a gymnasium.

The actor is turning into a businessman; plans to open a gymnasium.

A witness says, "The residents of New Chandra apartment in Vira Desai road are ecstatic to see Hrithik almost everyday looking at the entire ground floor that has been vacant for some time now. He has been having meetings almost on a daily basis with the authorities of the building and negotiating prices."

The source reveals, "It seems he is very keen to take up the property as he intends to open a gym that would mark his entry as an entrepreneur. His interior designer wife Sussanne and father Rakesh Roshan also accompany him. In fact on days when Hrithik can't make it, Sussanne visits the place which means she is definitely looking to do it up in a fancy way. We have heard that the gym will match international standards and will be loaded with modern equipment. There is also a rumour that he wants to open a swanky coffee shop too."

A man named Pawar, who is associated with selling of properties at New Chandra, says, "They have been coming regularly and they are very interested to take it up. Only the last bit of signing is left. Hrithik is definitely turning into a businessman as the floor he is looking to take up entirely is only meant for commercial purposes. It cannot be given to people for residential accommodation by the law."

While Rakesh Roshan denied the news that they are taking up a property at New Chandra, he did not deny that Hrithik is planning to open a gymnasium.
