The reality TV star claims to have lost 6 pounds in just 7 days.

“I figure I’m single. Now is the best time to get in shape,” Contactmusic quoted her as telling Us Weekly.

The 31-year-old said that she managed to shed the pounds by working out two times daily, which included early morning treadmill runs and strength training, coupled with Pilates at night.

She also changed her diet, and cut out gluten, sugar and dairy.

“No more sitting at home, eating too much!” she added.
