Hilary Duff, Mike Comrie 'signed pre-nuptial agreement'

Actress/singer Hilary Duff and her husband Canadian professional ice hockey player Mike Comrie have signed a pre-nuptial agreement before they got married last weekend.
 
According to sources, Duff, 22, and Comrie, 29, made a mutual decision to protect their assets.

"It was a totally amicable agreement. They love each other very much and knew this was just a technicality," the New York Post quoted an insider as saying.

Duff and Comrie got engaged in February while vacationing in Hawaii after more than two years of dating, and they tied the knot on August 14 in Santa Barbara in front of 100 family and friends.
