Hansika's doing a Madhuri

Hansika is playing the role which Madhuri Dixit played in the super-hit film Jamai Raja.  Mappillai, a Tamil film that she is doing, is the remake of the said film and the film also features Manisha Koirala who is playing Hansika’s mother in the film. Says an excited Hansika, “It truly has been an experience which I am going to cherish for the rest of my life, to share the same screen space with Manisha Koirala has truly been amazing. She is so calm and composed and she makes acting look so easy.”

When asked about her playing the role of Madhuri Dixit, she says “I am very excited to be a part of this film, and indeed an honour to play the role which was played by Madhuri. She is someone I have always looked up to and she is easily the most talented and the most beautiful actress in our industry.”
