Does Chitrangda Singh look like Eva Mendes to you?

It was a clear case of mistaken identity for actor Chitrangda Singh, who was recently mistaken for a Hollywood hottie.

The actor, who has been shooting round the clock from the past few months, has been travelling incessantly.  And on one such outing, the sultry beauty got mistaken for Hollywood sex siren Eva Mendes.

Chitrangda found herself stopped by the airport authories at London as they thought that she was Eva. “It was really an amusing case of mistaken identity when Chitrangda got mistaken for Eva (Mendes) while shooting for Desi Boyz. She had gone to London for a shooting schedule. Just as she was leaving the airport, the authorities stopped her and started talking to her in Spanish. Initially she was clueless as they weren’t talking to her in English but soon she realised that the airport officials were mistaking her for some Hollywood star. When she asked them about it,  they told her that she looked like Eva Mendes. They wouldn’t believe her even when she said that she was a Bollywood actor, and called her Eva’s twin.”

When contacted, Chitrangda confirmed the incident, adding that it was a complement to be compared to the Hollywood star. Recounts Chitrangda, “A security woman at the airport started giving me instructions in Spanish  and I was like “No espaniol!!”
She then adds further, “It was ridiculous. The security woman later laughed and said, You are Eva Mendes’ twin sister!!!”
