The magazine will celebrate the awards' 20th anniversary, and Cher will be honoured for her philanthropy, reports the New York Post.

She wore a revealing black-mesh leotard and motorcycle jacket from her 'If I Could Turn Back Time' video to present Lady Gaga with the Video of the Year award.
