Charlie Sheen, who is currently in rehab, will not face any drug charges despite claims that the actor spent three days on a booze and cocaine binge, according to reports.
The Los Angeles Police Department will not investigate Sheen due to credibility issues with the supposed witnesses and since no authorities saw him do any drugs, according to TMZ.
Sheen allegedly partied with several porn actresses last week, some of whom have gone to the media with their story and received payment.
According to a source, the Two and a Half Men star's home was "cleaned up" before the Los Angeles City Fire Department responded to the 911 call, reports the New York Daily News.
Since no drugs were found on the scene, there were no grounds to arrest the troubled sitcom star at the time.
