The Bombay high court today allowed actor Shiney Ahuja, who is facing a trial for allegedly raping his maid, to be in the city till June 30.
Ahuja had got bail from Bombay high court last year, but with a condition that he would not stay in Mumbai.
However, in May his lawyers had sought relaxation of the condition because the actor wanted to shoot for the film Shunya.
The permission granted earlier was only upto today, but because of rescheduling of the shoot, his lawyer today sought extension till June 30, which was granted by justice AR Joshi.
