Astrologers predict who will win the cup

With Team India storming into the finals of the World Cup after a shaky start in the tournament, they’ll be playing Sri Lanka, who are no less formidable as opponents today. Here’s what’s being predicted of the big clash at the Wankhede:

On 19 February, the day the World Cup began, I had predicted that India will lift the Cup for us this time. Dhoni is a Cancerian and Sri Lankan captain Kumar Sangakkara is a Scorpian. Both being water signs, it’s going to be a tough and interesting match with a nail biting finish. But it’s India who’ll emerge  victorious. Lankans are very powerful too, and they’ll put up a brave fight. I am not God, but I still maintain that Dhoni will win the Cup for us.

Currently the sun is in the Aries and Ariens are ruled by the number 9. Going by that logic, Lankan skipper Sangakkara (born on 27 October 1977) is doubly influenced by the number — his birthdate adds upto the number and his zodiac Scorpios are  ruled by it too. Besides, Sri Lanka adds up to number 18, which is again a 9, but Mumbai too adds up to the same number. On the contrary, the date of the match being 2 April, the number 2 has a connection with number 7, and Dhoni (born on 7 July, 1981) is ruled by the number 7. Dhoni is in his 30th year which is good for him, while Sanga is 37 which adds up to 2. Further, the date 2/04/2011 adds up to 10, which amounts to being number 1. India is a number 3, the number of Jupiter and there is always a clash between number 1 and 3. So, taking all this into account, most of the signs seem to be in Sri Lanka’s favour. It will be a neck-to-neck situation. As an Indian, I’d like India to win, but Sri Lanka definitely has an edge.
