Anusha Dandekar is networking in the US

Actress Anusha Dandekar who has just made her debut as a singer has already set her eyes on the US market, sources say.

“Anusha is being managed by Josh Sarubin, who’s a well-known name in the American music industry, because he was the one who originally signed on Lady Gaga (for a record). He has also worked with the top names in the pop music arena like Avril Lavigne, Carlos Santana, Lionel Riche and Pink. Getting Josh to manage her is already a victory for Anusha,” says a source.

According to the buzz,  Anusha has also been putting a strong publicity team in place to get her noticed in the US music industry.

“Apparently she has created a massive buzz in the American entertainment industry while she has been here and is keen on putting a publicity team in place. She is also rubbing shoulders with a lot of celebs (in parties) there like Hollywood actors Halle Berry (see inset pix),” adds the source.

Anusha has also done a photoshoot with Nigel Barker, the Sri-Lankan photographer, who is known for being a judge on the famous TV show, America’s Next Top Model.

“She has also been to a lot of fashion week events and the famous American television personality and the fashion critic Joan Rivers tweeted a photograph of herself with Anusha at a recent fashion show. She surely knows how to get noticed,” the source ends.
