All work, no play for Ranbir Kapoor?

In between the shoot and promotions of his films, the actor is also said to be working on reviving his grandfather’s banner and is working on the script and casting.

All work, no play for Ranbir Kapoor?

Actor Ranbir Kapoor, who is currently in Paris on a 20-day shooting schedule for Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani is expected to return home later this month by August 25. But according to insiders, the actor won’t be taking it easy even post his hectic non-stop shoot schedule abroad and is expected to immediately plunge into the promotions of his upcoming film Barfi!.

Says a source close to Ranbir, “Ranbir is shooting in Paris, but he’s hardly had the time to enjoy the city. They are on a tight schedule there, so it’s all work and no play for him.” The source adds that the hectic pace won’t change even after that. “It’s going to be 45-day schedule for him and he’s working non-stop without even taking a break on Sundays,” the source adds.

Another insider reveals, “As soon as he returns, he starts the city tours for the promotions of Barfi! This pace of work is naturally setting off alarm bells among family and friends who’ve been asking him to slow down, but Ranbir’s paying no heed and his friends know better than to try and win against Ranbir.”

In between the shoot and promotions of his films, the actor is also said to be working on reviving his grandfather’s banner and is working on the script and casting. “But it’s too early for that, as right now his only focus is Barfi! and the film with Deepika (Padukone). He has blocked 25 days at a stretch right after his return for Barfi!  He has even asked his team to not schedule anything else, including meetings and keep the days reserved only for promotions,” confirms an insider.
