The NATO summit has concluded. Leaders of the western alliance gathered in Madrid for three days for the group's annual summit and topping the agenda was the war in Ukraine. NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg said that the alliance has agreed to a new strategic concept and has addressed the global food crisis.
