Hindu temples in Muslim countries

Tomorrow, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the BAPS Hindu Temple in the United Arab Emirates. 

So, let’s look at the Hindu temples, which are located in Muslim countries.

Pakistan: The seventh-century Katasraj Temple is situated in Pakistan's Punjab province's Chakwal district.

Malaysia: In addition to a large statue of the Hindu deity Murugan at the cave's entrance, the Batu Caves in Gombach, Malaysia, are home to numerous Hindu temples. 

Indonesia: The largest Muslim nation in the world, Indonesia also has some Hindu influences in its culture; the Prambanan temple dates back to the ninth century.

Bangladesh: In Bangladesh's capital city of Dhaka, a sizable influx of Hindu devotees visit the Dhakeshwari Temple.

Oman: There is a famous Shiva temple in the capital, Muscat.

UAE: On February 14, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate a Hindu temple in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates.

Bahrain: Shiva temple and Ayyappa temple have been constructed in Bahrain
