Koi fish: a kind of carp, are distinguished by their long lifespan and vivid colours.

Macaws: especially the scarlet macaw, can have a lifespan of up to 100 years.

Galápagos tortoises: are famous for their longevity, as some individuals have been known to live for more than 100 years. The oldest known Galápagos tortoise was, in fact, 177 years old.

Bowhead whales: are thought to live over 200 years, making them one of the longest-living mammals.

Greenland shark: is a large, slow-moving species of shark with a 300–500 year lifespan. They are among the planet's longest-living vertebrates.

Sea quahogs: are among the longest-living organisms on Earth, with a lifespan exceeding 500 years.

Red Sea Urchin: While many sea urchins have relatively short lifespans, they can live for over 200 years.

Elephant: species, such as African and Asian elephants, can live for more than 60-70 years in the wild.
