Two galaxies, UGC 05028 (the smaller face-on spiral galaxy) and UGC 05029 (the larger face-on spiral), interact to form Arp 300.

This interacting pair, named Arp 140, is made up of a lenticular galaxy and a barred spiral galaxy. Looking at this image from the Hubble Space Telescope, one can see the lenticular galaxy, NGC 274.

In order to better understand the early phases of the lives of massive stars, Hubble's Wide Field Camera 3 examined a young stellar object located in the constellation Taurus, more than 9,000 light-years away.

This amazing image from the Hubble Space Telescope depicts a region known as a high-mass star formation hotbed, or G35.2-0.7N.

This Hubble Space Telescope image honours the fall foliage season with a red-hued scene. It displays a tiny portion of the Westerhout 5 nebula, which is located roughly 7,000 light-years away from Earth.

This Hubble Space Telescope image shows the unusual triangular-shaped star-birthing frenzy that was sparked by a head-on collision between two galaxies.

Located in the constellation Virgo, approximately 60 million light-years away from Earth, NGC 4753 was initially identified in 1784 by astronomer William Herschel.
