Yoga poses to prevent, cure thyroid problems

Viparita Karani (Inverted Pose): This pose is also called the legs up the wall pose.

Sarvangasana (shoulder stand): It exerts pressure on the thyroid gland. 

Bhujangasana (cobra pose): This pose stretches the neck and throat region, increasing thyroid functioning. 

Dhanurasana (bow pose): This yoga pose boosts production of thyroid hormone for controlling metabolism.

Setu Bandhasana (bridge pose): It is an effective yoga for thyroid, especially hypothyroidism. 

Halasana (plough pose): This pose helps stimulate the thyroid glands. 

Matsyasana (fish pose): Fish pose is an effective yoga pose for reversing hypothyroidism.
