Ayurveda recommends simple home remedies to help you lose weight in a healthy way.

Eat 3 meals daily: Maintaining a healthy metabolism requires regular and reliable food to energize the body.

Consuming a kapha-pacifying diet: The kapha diet should include foods that are warm, dry, light and easy to digest. 

 Sleep good: As per Ayurveda, the perfect period of sleeping should be from 10 pm to 6 am.

Drink hot water or hot tea: They are regarded as elixir in the Vedic tradition as they remove toxins.

Triphala: This cleanses your body and promotes healthy digestion.

Exercise minimum 3 days in a week: This ensures a faster metabolic rate, and quicker fat-burning. 

Eating a light dinner ( before 7 pm): This causes your stomach to empty itself before sleeping and allows detoxification.
