Here are some best millets to consume in summer.

Jowar flour: This millet also refreshes the stomach as it is high in vitamins and other nutrients.

Wheat flour is helpful in summer as its cools and refreshes the stomach and boosts digestion.

Foxtail millet: This millet is also rich in protein, calcium and iron 

Gram flour is high in protein, and keeps our stomachs cool in summer.

Sama (Barnyard Millet): Barnyard millet is loaded with protein, calcium, iron, minerals, and vitamin B. 

Barley flour: This cures stomach-related problems and is also useful for diabetes patients.
