Mushrooms: They comprise vital nutrients like vitamin D, iron, and 12 mcg of selenium. 

Whole wheat foods: Wheat products like pasta, whole wheat breads, and whole grain cereals, is loaded with selenium. 

Eggs: A boiled egg contains 20 mcg of selenium. 

Brown rice: Cooked long-grain brown rice offers19 mcg of selenium.
