Red and pink foods that prevent cancer, heart diseases

Watermelons: It has enormous lycopene, which is a powerful cancer-fighting antioxidant. 

Raspberries: They are rich in antioxidants, specifically in ellagic acid, which is an anti-cancer compound.

Grapefruit: The red and pink ones contain lycopene, which can lower the risk of heart disease and some cancers. 

Red Onions: Red onions load the most antioxidants because of the flavonoid and quercetin. 

Beets:The nitrites in beets converts to nitric oxide, which relaxes and dilates blood vessels. 

Pomegranates:They are rich in polyphenols, which are antioxidants that prevent oxidative stress and cell damage. 

Radishes: Radishes are a cruciferous vegetable, which prevents heart diseases and cancer.
