Hypertension: Ayurvedic remedies to reduce high blood pressure quickly

Add a teaspoon of coriander and a cardamom to one freshly squeezed peach juice. Drink it two or three times a day.

Eat moong dal soup with some cilantro, cumin, and a pinch of turmeric.

Add a teaspoon of honey and five to 10 drops of apple cider vinegar to hot water. Drink it early morning on an empty stomach. 

Drink the mix of orange juice and coconut water in a ratio of two is to one.

Cucumber raita helps to control blood pressure along with digestive health.

Eat some watermelon with a pinch of cardamom and coriander.

Drink tea made of passion flower (one part) and hawthorn berry (two parts) soaked in hot water for five to 10 minutes.

Avoid salt, fatty, fried foods, or hot-spicy food.
