Ashwagandha: It contains alkaloids, steroidal, and saponin chemicals, which are vital for smooth hormonal pathways. 

Ginger root: Ginger can combat hypothyroidism symptoms. 

Moringa: Moringa boosts the production of thyroxine and triiodothyronine due to the presence of polyphenols.

Black cumin seed: It reduces inflammation, TSH and anti-TPO antibodies, and raises T3.

Sage: Sage contains rosmarinic acid in enormous amounts. 

Licorice: It shields the thyroid gland from oxidative damage and reduces cortisol levels.

Lemon balm: It is helpful in blockage of TSH binding to the receptor by acting on the hormones.
