Sweet Potatoes: Sweet potatoes pack tons of vitamin A for eye and skin health, and they’re filled with heart-healthy fibre. 

Spinach: Spinach is low in calories, high in fibre, and packed with folic acid and fulfils daily potassium needs.

Watermelon: Watermelon is packed with potassium and antioxidants that reduce the risk for certain cancers. 

Apricots: Dried apricots comprise about 14 to 19 per cent of your daily requirements for potassium.

Pomegranates: Pomegranates are loaded with heart health benefits, antioxidants, and potassium. 

Beans: Beans are a perfect source of potassium.
