Here are some millets roti that lower uric acid levels quickly. 

Oats roti contain 50 to 150 milligrams of purines, which lower  uric acids.

Little millet is low in purines and is good for gout patients.

Jowar is a low-purine millet that is high in magnesium, which reduces uric acid. 

Bajra is a low-purine grain that eradicates uric acid from the body.
