Fruits, vegetables that are least healthy and nutritious

Green Peas: Being a starchy vegetable, it is richer in calories and carbohydrate.

Orange: Citrus fruits like oranges are not that healthy and must not be substituted for solid fruit. 

Coconut: It is rich in saturated fat that can boost cholesterol and calories. 

Potatoes: Although they are high in potassium and vitamin C, but the nutritional content is lost if we remove the peel that is high in fibre. 

Grapes: Grapes has about 39 grams of sugar, which is not so nutritious for body.

Mango: Mango has excessive sugar and hence must be avoided by those on a low-carb diet.

Eggplant: It absorbs fat and seasonings that increases calories and sodium.
