Foods rich in Vitamin B9 or Folate for good health in summer

Folate or Folic acid, also called vitamin B9, is a water-soluble vitamin that regulates many vital functions in your body.

Citrus fruits: Citrus fruits like oranges, grapefruit, lemons, and limes are high in folate and beneficial in summer.

Legumes: Legumes are rich in folate and various other vital nutrients.

Papaya: Papaya is high in antioxidants and folate. 

Avocado: Avocados are packed with vital nutrients like heart-healthy fats and folate.

Eggs: Eggs are a good source of folate, with about 6% of it in one large egg.

Leafy greens: Leafy green vegetables are rich in many essential nutrients, including folate. 

Broccoli: Broccoli, especially when cooked, is extremely rich in folate.
