White rice: White rice can raise blood glucose, especially if eaten in large quantities. 

Potatoes: It raises blood sugar to spike because they’re digested quickly. 

Ketchup: Ketchup is harmful to your blood sugar level.

White pasta: Made from refined white flour, this can raise your blood sugar level. 

Artificial sweeteners: They are harmless additives and an ideal choice if you have diabetes.

Fruit juice: It is high in carbohydrates which causes severe spikes and drops.

Low-fat yoghurt: Low-fat yoghurt is not so suitable for your blood sugar. 

Energy drinks and sports drinks: They contain immense sugar and low nutrition.
