Here are some cooling flours to consume in summer.

Sama (Barnyard Millet): Barnyard millet is rich in protein, calcium, iron, minerals, and vitamin B. 

Wheat flour is most helpful in summer as it hydrates and cleanses the stomach.

Jowar flour cools down the stomach as it is rich in vitamins and other nutrients.

Gram flour is high in protein, and refreshes stomach in summer.

Barley flour prevents stomach-related problems and is beneficial for diabetes patients.

Kodo millet: This also helps to cool you down in summer.
