Butter vs Ghee vs Oil: Which is healthier?

Ghee: Ghee is formed when butter is boiled and milk residue is removed, which makes it less in fats.

Ghee has less fats compared to Butter. Butyric acid in ghee strengthens your immunity.

Butter: Butter has saturated fats in form of milk protein and butter fat, which are healthy for heart.

Butter has enough water which evaporates during cooking, while oil is pure fat which gets absorbed fast.

Oil has poly-saturated fats which causes inflammation in the body. 

Olive oil is a more nutritious type of oil as it has unsaturated fats. 

For good health, ratio of 2:2:1 for butter, ghee and oil is suitable. 

If you are using two tablespoons of butter and ghee, then take one tablespoon of oil.
