Best yoga poses for relief from nasal congestion and sinusitis

Sinusitis and nasal congestiion have symptoms such as stuffy nose, thick discharge from the nose and facial pain.

Here are some yoga poses to get relief from them.

Anulom Vilom Pranayama: Anulom Vilom pranayama is a breathing yoga asana that helps remove the congestion of the nasal passage. 

Bhujangasana: Bhujangasana or the cobra pose is one of the best yoga poses for your lungs. 

Kapalbhati, a breathing technique, not only heals sinuses but also improves your brain functions. 

Ustrasana (Camel pose): Ustrasana or the camel pose is another yoga asana that provides relief from sinusitis and stuffiness in your nasal passage. 

Bhastrika Pranayama: Bhastrika Pranayama is another breathing technique which removes the congestion and heals sore throat. 

Sethubandhasana (Bridge Pose): Bring your feet flat on the floor close to the hips and your hands on both side of the head.
