Instead of relying solely on beverages from the store, why not try making your own refreshing drinks at home?

Pineapple Coconut Water Juice: To make a wonderfully reviving drink, blend coconut water, pureed pineapple, and lime juice.

Berries Smoothie: Process banana, Greek yoghurt, mixed berries, and a tiny bit of almond milk into a smooth, antioxidant-packed smoothie.

Drink made from watermelon: For a sweet and reviving watermelon drink, blend juicy chunks of watermelon with a little water, lime juice, and honey.

Fresh Lemonade: To create a classic and refreshing lemonade, squeeze fresh lemons, whisk the juice with water, and sweeten with sugar or honey.

Cucumber Mint Juice: Slice the cucumbers and place them in a pitcher with water, lime juice, and fresh mint leaves for a crisp and refreshing drink.

Cold Herbal Tea: Make your favourite herbal tea, like hibiscus or chamomile, let it cool, then pour it over ice and garnish with fresh herbs for a soothing and hydrating beverage.

Iced Ginger-Lemon Tea: Brew your favourite tea, then add freshly grated ginger and slices of lemon; chill in the fridge for a zesty and revitalising iced tea.
