Sunlight: When exposed to ultraviolet B (UVB) rays from sunlight, your skin naturally produces vitamin D.

Fatty fish: Fatty fish, such as salmon, mackerel, tuna, and sardines, are among the best dietary sources of vitamin D.

Mushrooms:  Mushrooms that have been exposed to ultraviolet light, either from sunlight or a UV lamp, can be a good source of vitamin D2. 

Egg yolks: Egg yolks contain a small amount of vitamin D. However, the amount can vary depending on the diet of the hen. 

Fortified foods: Many foods are fortified with vitamin D, including milk, plant-based milk alternatives, orange juice, yogurt, and margarine. 

Supplements: Vitamin D supplements are available in various forms, including capsules, tablets, and liquid drops.
