Time for a recall? David Warner slams highest ODI score by an individual in domestic cricket in Australia

With The Ashes fast approaching, David Warner who has now become Australian cricket's bad boy showed his run scoring prowess as he slammed a record 197 runs against Victoria on Thursday.
Warner who plays for New South Wales and has been kept out of the Australian team because of his scoring rate at the international level that has been poor as well as his punching antics gave selectors a bright reason for his recall.
The runs were the highest by an individual in domestic ODI cricket as Warner powered his home side to the Ryobi Cup final.
The 26-year-old scored his 197 runs in just 141 balls as he slammed 20 fours and 10 sixes.
Warner last played an ODI for Australia during the Champions Trophy in England in June when he punched Joe Root after a drunken altercation at an English pub which resulted in his suspension for some time.
His clean hitting and red-hot form makes David Warner head the list for a recall to the Australian team for the Gabba Test.
