Australian opener David Warner admitted that he shouldn't have 'crossed the line' during a verbal spat with Indian pacer Varun Aaron on the fourth day of the first Test in Adelaide Oval.Warner believes that though he regrets his action, he used that confrontation as 'motivation' to score back to back hundreds in the match. He said that the world knew how he plays his cricket, 'crossing the line sometimes', adding that he had to 'try stop doing such things', the Daily Telegraph reported.

He added that the spat 'got him into another contest', adding that he had to 'regroup and start again from there'.  Warner concluded by saying 'such things happen in cricket and one should try and learn to control such verbal spat from occurring again'.
