Tajikistan: There needs to be good faith negotiations for a free Afghanistan, says EAM Jaishankar

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, who is in Tajikistan capital Dushanbe for the Heart of Asia conference, on March 31 said peace in Afghanistan would be best achieved if there is consensus within and around the nation.
